FAQ
Questions, answered
Is City Nest Iberia a hotel or a holiday rental?
Neither. City Nest Iberia is a B2B corporate-housing operator. We provide furnished apartments to companies on business contracts, for stays of six months or more. We do not offer nightly stays and we do not list on holiday-rental platforms.
Who signs the contract, and who is invoiced?
The contract is a B2B agreement with your company, and the invoice is issued to the company — not to individual occupants. One agreement and one consolidated monthly invoice cover the project.
What is the minimum term?
Our model is built around mid-stay projects, so the minimum term is six months. After month six there is a clear cancellation window, so your commitment matches the project's life.
How is this different from booking hotels for the team?
Hotels charge nightly rates that escalate over a multi-month stay, issue a folio per guest, and are licensed for tourism. City Nest Iberia gives you a single corporate contract, a predictable monthly cost, and apartments built for working life near your site.
Which parts of Spain do you cover?
We focus on Madrid and its corridors — including Alcalá de Henares, Alcobendas and Las Tablas — along with Zaragoza and Aragón, and Barcelona and Catalonia. These are the regions where data-centre and technical-project demand is concentrated.
Are the properties authorised for corporate use?
Yes. Every property we operate is authorised in writing by its owner for corporate-housing use. We are a corporate-housing operator, not a tourist-rental business, and the documentation supports procurement and legal review.
We own a property — what does working with you involve?
You lease your property to City Nest Iberia as a corporate-housing operator. You get a single corporate tenant on a multi-month agreement, professional management, documented property care, and no exposure to tourist turnover. Eligible properties are covered by a damage guarantee of up to €50,000.
